Why can’t I create a customer PDF?
A saved price needs business details, a recipient, a work site, a measurement unit and valid pricing. QuoteHue lists anything still missing when you select the PDF button.
Does QuoteHue need LiDAR?
No. Manual measurement is always available. LiDAR is an optional indoor capture method and appears only on supported iPhone or iPad hardware.
Where is my information stored?
QuoteHue stores its information locally in private app storage. There is no QuoteHue account or cloud-sync service.
What should I include in a support email?
Include the QuoteHue version, your iPhone or iPad model, the iOS or iPadOS version, what you expected and the steps that caused the issue. Do not send customer details or photos unless they are necessary to explain the problem.
How do I request a refund?
Apple manages App Store purchases and refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
